In Hong Kong, copyright in an original photograph or piece of music:
A. Arises automatically without any registration formality✓ 答案
B. Must be re-filed every day to stay valid
C. Applies only to printed books
D. Only covers computer programs
解說
Copyright arises automatically when the work is created and fixed in a tangible form, so registration is not a condition of existence. Permission to copy, adapt or publish still needs to come from the rights holder or a licence.
